Refund policy

  1. Returns:

    • Damaged or Defective Products: We understand that receiving damaged or defective items can be disappointing. Therefore, we offer replacements with same product for the damaged or defective product upon arrival.
    • We accept returns only for damaged items within 2 days from the date of receive package.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
    • As part of our return process, we require customers to create an unboxing video of the damaged item. The unboxing video should document the opening of the package, showcasing the damaged item, and demonstrating the damage/ Problem. Please include the unboxing video link when contacting our customer service team for return authorization.
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at connect@toriboink.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    • Once you receive your RA number, we will initiate return process. please securely package the item along with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
  2. Replacement:

    • We do not offer refunds. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  3. Changes to This Policy:

    • We reserve the right to update or change our return and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
